LINHAO is a custom squishy toys manufacturer developing PU foam toys from customer artwork for brands, retailers and promotional buyers. Create original character figures, realistic food, animal forms and other shapes. Customize dimensions, colors, hardness or softness, scent, printed or painted details and packaging. TPR customization is limited to existing molds and supports logo printing, colors, hand feel and custom packaging.

MOQ is 500 pieces per shape and 500 pieces per color. The workflow is customer artwork, 3D rendering, sampling and sample shipment for approval. Sampling takes 12–15 days; bulk production takes 25–30 days. Confirm the schedule for your order; sample delivery and freight transit are separate.

Custom PU specifications at a glance

LINHAO develops original PU squishy designs from your artwork. Use these manufacturing terms to prepare a brief, then confirm the final product against a physical sample.

Material
PU (polyurethane) foam. These are non-edible toys.
Custom design
Original food, character, animal and other shapes from customer artwork; dimensions, colors, softness or hardness, scent and decoration.
Minimum order
500 pieces per shape AND 500 pieces per color.
Sampling
12–15 days for sampling; sample shipment and buyer approval time are separate.
Bulk production
25–30 days; confirm the schedule against the approved sample and order. Freight transit is separate.
Packaging
Custom branded packaging, including retail boxes and blind-box formats; confirm the pack with the sample.
Final specification
Dimensions, recovery target, finish, scent and packaging are agreed for the individual project. No universal size or recovery-time claim applies.

TPR scope: TPR uses our existing square and other available molds only, with logo printing, colors, hand feel and packaging customization. New original shapes are offered through the PU development route.

From artwork to an approved production sample

  1. 1. Send the design brief

    Provide artwork, dimensions, quantity per shape and color, desired feel, scent, packaging and delivery destination.

  2. 2. Review the 3D rendering

    Check the outline, proportions and placement of artwork before physical sampling.

  3. 3. Make and ship the sample

    Sampling takes 12–15 days. Sample delivery is a separate stage.

  4. 4. Record sample approval

    Confirm dimensions, colors, squeeze feel, recovery, scent, decoration and packaging on the received sample. Record any revisions.

  5. 5. Confirm bulk production

    Confirm the approved specification and quantity, then plan the 25–30-day production period and freight separately.

Do you also offer custom TPR squeeze toys?+

TPR customization is limited to existing molds, including square and other available shapes. Logo printing, colors, hand feel and packaging can be customized. We do not currently offer new custom TPR shapes.

Can you manufacture a squishy from our own design?+

For PU, we can review sketches, reference images or 3D files for an original shape and sampling plan. TPR projects are limited to existing molds, with custom colors, logos, hand feel and packaging.

What is the MOQ for a custom squishy toy?+

MOQ is 500 pieces per shape and 500 pieces per color. Specify the quantity per shape and per color in your quotation request.

Can we add our logo and retail packaging?+

Yes. Logo application, artwork, labels and private-label packaging can be included in the development brief.

Do you support samples before mass production?+

Yes. Sampling and approval are part of the OEM process before the approved reference moves into production.

What affects the price of a custom squishy toy?+

Shape and mold complexity, dimensions, material feel, design count, printing, visual effects, packaging and order quantity all affect the production plan and quotation.

Can testing be arranged for our destination market?+

Testing can be reviewed for the exact product, age grade and destination market. The required scope must be confirmed before production rather than assumed from a different product.

Can 500 pieces be split between two colors?+

LINHAO requires at least 500 pieces per shape and 500 pieces per color. One shape in two colors therefore starts at 1,000 pieces: 500 of each color. Quote each shape and color separately.

What does a product photo or squeeze video confirm?+

An actual sample photo shows the photographed shape and decoration. A squeeze video shows that sample's movement under the recorded conditions. Neither establishes a measured recovery time, paint lifespan or test certification for your new design. Approve those requirements on your finished sample.

Is a concept image the final production specification?+

No. A concept image or 3D rendering communicates the proposed appearance. Final dimensions, colors, softness, scent, finish and packaging are confirmed on the physical sample and written approval record.
