Approve the complete packaging unit
Place the approved product in the proposed package and review fit, protection, sealing, label position, barcode area, warnings, language and display orientation. Also confirm unit count, inner packing and master-carton marks.
A product and package approved separately can still fail as a combined retail unit, especially when a soft or sticky surface needs protection.
Create a clear production reference
Close the sample stage with a dated approval record listing the accepted revision and any remaining production controls. Keep the physical sample, specification, artwork and packaging file aligned under the same revision.
