Custom PU questions

Can both the appearance and recovery speed be customized?

Yes. These are custom PU products, and both the appearance and the recovery speed after squeezing can be customized. Share your artwork or reference and the recovery behavior you want, then confirm the result on a sample.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ is 500 pieces per shape and 500 pieces per color. Send your design, preferred feel, scent and quantity per color for a quotation.

Do the photographs show actual products?

Yes. These photographs show actual custom PU products: one animal character photographed in two views, a robot mascot and a strawberry.

How should we describe our preferred recovery speed?

Send a reference sample or a squeeze-and-release video, or describe the recovery behavior you want. If you have a target recovery time, include it in your brief and confirm it during sampling.
