TPR customization is available only in our existing molds, including square and other available shapes. We support logo printing, custom colors, hand-feel adjustment and custom packaging. Choose an available mold first; new custom TPR shapes are not currently offered.
MOQ is 500 pieces per shape and 500 pieces per color. The workflow is customer artwork, 3D rendering, sampling and sample shipment for approval. Sampling takes 12–15 days; bulk production takes 25–30 days. Confirm the schedule for your order; sample delivery and freight transit are separate.

Customize the internal pieces as branded building blocks, logo-shaped plastic pieces, flat plastic inserts or other plastic shapes to suit your project. When squeezed, the inserts move with the internal filling, creating a visible flowing effect. The reference design shows a translucent purple cube with contrasting inserts and a matching window box. Define the intended squeeze resistance, stretch, recovery and surface behavior with physical samples.
Develop transparent, translucent, marbled, glitter or coordinated solid-color assortments.
Plan dust control, release film and protective packing around the approved material and finish.
Specify custom branded blocks or other plastic pieces inside suitable transparent squeeze designs. Confirm the insert shapes, construction and movement on a physical sample.
Confirm age grading, claims, destination-market testing and labeling before production.
SOURCING PROCESS
Send your design artwork. We prepare a 3D rendering to review the appearance before sampling. TPR projects use existing molds.
Develop the physical sample to check dimensions, colors, hardness or softness, scent for PU, logo and packaging.
We ship the sample for your review. Approve the appearance, hand feel and finish before proceeding to bulk production; delivery time is separate.
Produce against the approved sample and order specification. Confirm the order schedule and freight transit separately.

Yes. The products presented here are actual customization cases supplied by LINHAO. Your own project is developed from your requirements and approved physical sample.
We can customize available cube molds and print smiley-face or logo artwork where suitable. Colors, hand feel and packaging can be customized; new TPR shapes are not currently offered.
For suitable transparent TPR squeeze designs, custom branded blocks or other plastic inserts can be developed to move when squeezed. Share the insert artwork, dimensions and preferred movement; construction and performance must be checked on a physical sample.
Send your artwork for logo printing and decoration on an existing TPR mold. We support custom colors, hand feel and packaging, but do not currently develop new TPR shapes.

They can be reviewed during material and sample development. Approve the physical sample because words such as soft or sticky are not precise production specifications.
Many soft or surface-sensitive formats benefit from individual protective packing. The practical format depends on the approved compound, finish, retail channel and storage conditions.
Transparent, translucent, marbled, glitter and other visual directions can be assessed after the shape, compound and safety requirements are reviewed.
Requirements depend on the exact product, materials, age grade, claims and destination market. Existing reports must be checked against the final specification rather than applied to every TPR item.
